Anne Nelson, VP of Finance

Ann Nelson joined StriKing in 2016, bringing a deep well of business skills and experience to the rapidly growing agency. She oversees payroll and financial management, keeping StriKing's operations running as smoothly behind the scenes as its events do on-site. Prior to StriKing, Ann spent years at Georgia-Pacific Corporation, where she served as operations manager for the Wood Products Sales and International Divisions — instrumental in streamlining systems and processes across a $2.5-billion-per-year business, supporting personnel and payroll for more than 200 division employees, and serving as controller for the company's Vienna, Georgia particleboard manufacturing facility. She later served as VP of Finance and Administration for Hope-Beckham Inc., an Atlanta public relations firm. Ann holds an MBA from Georgia State University and lives in Marietta.
